So here's the story: Ciavarro gets a package in the mail from Jennifer Good. It happens to be a pair of Tony Pierce's Socks. Once released from the Manila prison, the socks go on a rampage, vandalizing every corner of Ciavarro's apartment.
This sort of thing has happened on the web before. I have seen a few blog entries where some College frat boys took a garden gnome to a frat party, and took a number of photographs depicting the gnome indulging in all kinds of substances, goosing women, driving while "drunk", purging in the middle of the night, etc. In fact, Matt Good did a very similar thing in the music video: "Anti-Pop", where he and a buddy steal a garden gnome and take it on a tour of the United States, filming the entire trek in Hi-8 fidelity.
It's a fantastic gimmick.
Ciavarro's efforts follow in this vein, but I have to say it was the funniest thing I had seen on the web all week. So to Ciavarro, kudos. By that post alone, you have earned a permanent link to your site on my blogroll.
And congratulations on earning your Masters' Degree.
